In recent year, the most common problem in the school student, who is overweight.
The main reason to cause the student overweight, nowadays they have less time to attend to physical activity.
Also most of student have a heavy school workload to do they need to spend most of their leisure time to finish their workload.
According to the research in Hong Kong for the 1997-1998 their have 16.4 of primary student who a suffered in overweight,
but for the 2006-2007 the student who a suffered in overweight was increase to 21.3,
the research was noted that Hong Kong is the second place of student who is overweight in Asia.(2007, Department of Health)
Attend physical activity regularly. It can decrease the chance of student suffering in obesity.
To deal with this problem we design an exercise mobile apps for secondary school students from F.1 to F.6. In the apps,
we provide exercise guideline, exercise prescription and nutrition's information to help students to flight for obesity and raise their physical fitness.
Through our apps we hope students can understand their physical fitness condition and exercise habit;
select suitable exercise program(recommended by apps) to practice; and follow nutrition advices in daily diet.
Finally, student can reduce weight, increase physical fitness and build up exercise habit as their lifestyle.
